Floyd was right over Norfolk area, and tidal flood was at its peak.

[1:20 PM] Delaware Ave. toward Granby St., water was swelling rapidly - almost six-inch per 30-min. since 11:00 AM

[1:30 PM] Water was rising. Delaware Ave. toward Granby St.

[1:30 PM] There goes Corvette... Delaware Ave. toward Granby St.

[1:40 PM] Water was still rising. Delaware Ave. toward Granby St.

[1:40 PM] Lafayette boat loading zone disappeared under the water. North of Delaware Ave.

[2:00 PM] Floyd just moved out of Norfolk area and water finally stopped rising. However, once where was Lafayette Park turned into Le Aqua Park. Llewellyn Ave and Delaware Ave.
